We liked the property itself so much. The room had so much space, and everything you need. However, the staff from the front desk to the breakfast time were less than helpful. Both I spoke to were men, and they looked annoyed and barely helped us. We didn’t really use the amenities though.

The only thing I didn't like is they charge me for parking in their hotel

The staff was super friendly and the outdoor pool is amazing.

The breakfast was very good. The swiming pool is excellent. I am however still waiting on the refund of 150$ caution fee after 2 weeks of checking out. I expected that to have been done within 48 hours

We got there after a longggg day and after the check in I went to look for a parking and there’s was no parking near the hotel entrance so I had to walk to the other building couple of blocks away on a 3 floor I was able to find one and had to walk all the way back. Spoke to the front lobby lady and told her I should get pay instead of me paying $42 for the 2 nights we were staying.

From check-in to checkout, this has been one of the most comfortable and money saving hotels I’ve stayed in the Disney World area. The staff were always friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Can’t wait to back in September!

The shuttle service isn’t very clear and not great times for departing, taking an hour to get to a park vs a 10min drive on your own. if you want the flexible day at different parks definitely just drive. Hotel pool was cloudy, kinda nasty. Breakfast was cleaned up at different times every day.

Room is big and well maintained. Breakfast is versatile and delicious.

We had a great stay! Came here for a Disney trip and we had a great experience. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast every morning was awesome especially with kids. You don't have to head to the parks with hangry littles. We found the staff to be very helpful and everyone treated us with respect and had a good attitude the whole time. We also appreciated the regular housekeeping. It was so nice to come back to a super clean room after a long Disney day. We will definitely be back!

The location, the cleanliness, the comfortability. The lack of communication from staff and lack of compassion when dealing with an issue.
