We couldn’t access room 602 due to a lock malfunction. I needed life saving medication but the staff could not open the door. The fire dept had to be called to chop down the door after several hours of staff lie to us that they were working on it. What a joke. I will never again stay at a Marriott hotel!!!

Excellent accommodation, spacious and clean. Everything felt new and very well maintained. Only slight issue was the breakfast as there were very big queues for the toasters and waffle makers. Would have been better if they were ready on the hot counter. Also some more healthy options at breakfast such as chopped fruit would have been very welcome. Other than that it was great value and a good stay!
