However, there are a few areas where we feel improvements could be made. The service in the à la carte restaurant did not meet the standard we experienced elsewhere in the hotel. In addition, children were running around the restaurant during dinner service, and the noise level from a nearby table made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. We would also like to mention that the female bartender who served us last night came across as quite rude, which was disappointing. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider returning in the future. We hope these comments are taken as constructive feedback, as we would love to see these areas improved during our next visit. Thank you for your hospitality.

Absolutely loved our stay! The views were breathtaking, the facilities brand new and spotless, and the modern decor gave everything a luxurious touch. The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A perfect 5-star experience from start to finish!

Great hotel ,very modern,elegant and the view is amazing.The staff members were very friendly and helpful although non of them made an extra effort. The restaurant is large and the variety of breakfast is excellent. The pool is nice and the animators do a great job playing with kids. I really appreciated the welcomed drink while we were queuing to the front desk. The prices are insane. The price of beer is more expensive than in the Uk. The lifts take ages. No body creams and conditioners in the rooms. The distance the the city centre.

Everything was great, a lot of the activities in the hotel: different swimming pools with animation, sauna, games rooms. The view was stunning, there are few options for short walking hikes from the hotel.

Food was great. Brand new hotel. Comfortable bed. Large parking with extra large parking spots even for SUV. During weekend and bank holidays CZ/SK/PL extremly crowded. Hotel with 999 guest rooms, had issue to prepare rooms, long cue on reception. Waiting to entry breakfast.

We felt very welcome by the majority of the workers. Room with great space. Mattress and sofa are great. Amazing expectable view. Quality of materials of the room are not premium, but all looks very well thought and designed. Breakfast being a vegan family was completely not satisfactory. It has a few vegan options (not all described as vegan) but very heavy food- similar to a side of a lunch/dinner. 100% juice (of a machine that mixes concentrated juices with water - similar to a McDonalds).
