When we arrived we were asked whether we would be alright with being moved to the separate apartment instead in order to keep a group together. This was an upgrade as we were given a kitchen on top of everything. Excellent staff that were beyond lovely and helpful, despite having smaller single beds we were both very comfortable and found our stay comfortable. Location is great - so long as you don't mind slight hills. Beautiful building in general and would definitely visit again. Only real dislike was that the room was on a ground floor and the curtains to the bedroom didn't fully cover the window making us not the most comfortable at night - though given we went out at nights this didn't bother us too much.

Conveniently located 1O mins from the aqua centre and about 15 from the train/coach station. A small, but nice and clean room with a bathroom. A pool table and table football kept us entertained in the evenings. V hard bed and a small quilt (not big enough for 2 people) Nice breakfast but could do with fresh fruit and croissants. No coffee machine just instant/ground coffee.

Great location far enough from the busy city centre but close enough to walk. Pleasant breakfast and friendly receptionist. There is an indoor aquapark very near and also an outdoor swimming pool near by, great with children, especially feeding the cute ducks on the river.

Convenient location with a short walk via the main road or riverside walk into Wisla. Comfortable beds and a spacious en-suite room. The sound of the stream at the back of the property was a nice thing to hear. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, looking after luggage when the room was not yet ready. The rooms are quite dark and the first room I had in the annexe was quite small and cramped. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

We always stay here when visiting Wisla. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Location is 5 mins walk to the centre.

It's a very traditional good value for money hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable clean room with a great breakfast. Close to all the transport links, town centre and restaurants.

Lovely tucked away peaceful location but still very close to town. Charming hotel with a lovely breakfast room and bar area overlooking a stream. We were visiting mid September which weather turning cold but the hotel kept rooms well heated Breakfast was fine but mostly cold buffet so could do with maybe scrambled eggs
