The owner, Isabela, was very cheerful and, in spite of my late arrival, welcomed me warmly. First night I got little sleep. The building a pleasant, solidly built with lots of warm exposed wood. However, is is not soundproof. My neighbors chatted and laughed until 2 am. There is not policy on quiet time - there should be, and said policy should be enforced. Furthermore, guests clomp on the wooden stairs (some people ate inconsiderate, they do not think of others) - perhaps carpets would deaden the sound. All outdoor areas are polluted by cigarettes, ashes, smoke, stink. The neighbor has a nasty little dog that barks incessantly.

Everything was very nice and despite the language barrier we had a nice chat with the super landlord. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday. Nothing.
