Modern-looking rooms, excellent cleanliness, good breakfast considering the guesthouse size. The single room is tiny, not even a table fits in it, your bed is right next to a door located next to a stairset which everybody has to take, so not particularly quiet, there is also quite a bit of street noise from the main road nearby. Water pressure in the shower is very weak at all times. Only Polish is spoken by the staff, no English here. Parking situation is not good, there are very few parking places next to the property and they're always all occupied, you're recommended to park far away, not ideal if you have anything of value in your car. If you want to charge your phone next to the bed, you'll have to move some furniture to reach the power outlet hidden behind a bedside table, minor things like these should've been better thought out.

Nice and cosy place, comfortable, with decent breakfast. The rooms are spacious, there is also a kitchenette on the hallway available for everyone, with tea and coffee, super great addition, especially on cold days. It was also nice to have books ans small toys available for the kids. The reception didn't know that we are traveling with a child, although it was booked as 2+1. That was quickly sorted, so no problems, but passing a comment, as might be important for others in the future. It would be nice if heather in the bathroom was on prior to arrival, as it was super cold in the bathroom. Also, i would suggest to replace the towels, as they are very worn out, even with holes. Last, but not least, something sweet, like a cake or croissant for breakfast would be a great addition.

Great location by walking trails and good restaurants. Good parking. Extremely helpful reception. Information sheets in English and spoke to somebody on the phone too. Very clean stylish room. Small kitchenette was useful with fridge and drinks. Great breakfast. They let me leave my car there on checkout day too. A very nice hotel in a great location. Nothing

The stay was amazing. Details made the difference! As we had a dog with us, hotel offered at the entrance poo bags and umbrellas in a case of rain during your walk. Desinfection was present not only in reception and breakfast room but in your room as well. They sorted out waste, bins were available in the kitchen on each floor. Wonderful! Staff was amazing, definetly a lady who prepared delicious breakfast. Wide choices and our own buffet on our table. Hotel was extremely clean. I just felt sorry for a receptionist who had to clean stairs after some guests had a smoke on the balcony above and did not bother to use available ashtray. A big plus was parking lot in front of the hotel and Salvator Dali exhibition behind the corner.
