nice staff, hot tub/heated swimming pool!, beds are huge and not too firm, parking mostly available not an issue per say but i noticed some traveling baseball teams stay there and took up all the parking for like 6 hours

The room was clean. The hotel was very nice. What we did not like is there was no coffee maker in the room had to get dressed and go down to the lobby for coffee first thing in the morning.

The staff were friendly and very helpful! Elham was very friendly and kept the breakfast bar going!

Staff was friendly and location was convenient. Air conditioner didn't work properly and thermostat had a low battery. Toilet didn't flush properly. Shower was dirty.

Staff is nearly useless. The manager was rude, unaccommodating and overall didn’t seem to want to help if we needed anything. Property itself was clean and kept up. The pool and hot tub were very nice although they do swimming lessons for children Sunday’s for children that don’t stay there which was a little frustrating as we were trying to relax before leaving and there’s screaming kids trying to swim. The room itself was clean except the toilet. The toilet had seen better days. Overall not a bad experience but not good either. They need new management desperately and a new staff it seems
