Easley parking, clean room all the staff was nice, kind and helpful. And is pet friendly.

The room was very clean with all necessary items available. It is complete home away from home .

Nothing it’s smell trash and very dirty

The place is decent, the room was nice and spacious, and it was conveniently located.

A male employee tried to enter my room with his key card at 11:30pm. I reported the incident and management literally did not apologize or care at all. Would never stay here again.

You get what you pay for there are people that live in the hotel smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building if you're looking for a cheap place to spend the night it works

I was double billed!!!! Please call me to let me know you reversed the charges as I was charged 2 times for one Woburn Mass satay on July 14-July 20. Peggy. 978-729-4811 I was double Billed. Please call me to remove the double billing

The toilet in the room was not working

Poorly maintained. Smelled like smoke to where your throat hurt. AC did not cool. Smoke alarm and Carbon monoxide alarms were beeping needing batteries. It needs serious attention.

Front desk was incredibly accommodating for a lot of flights that were canceled. Appreciated having a room to sleep in, which was perfectly acceptable for the price charged. The only negative I have is the swing bar security door lock had been forcibly broken off my door so I had no way to feel totally safe in my room and around 2 AM I heard someone nearby banging on a door and saying “Boston Police…open the door”.

The check-in process took a long time, and the staff was not very friendly or helpful. Another major disappointment was that the hotel advertised breakfast on its website, but no breakfast was provided during my stay. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and misleading information about breakfast made this a poor experience. I would not recommend staying here
