The breakfast was not very good. The waffle maker wasn't working and there were no baked goods except for some plain bagels. The breakfast.

Refrigerator Room too small, bathroom right next to bed, no place to set luggage & breakfast was served pretty late in the morning.

I would make this hotel your last option if you desire eating breakfast there. They wanted to charge us for water at breakfast, they did not have any butter for toast, and their waffle machine did not cook waffles through no matter how long you cook them. They would burn on the outside and be raw on the inside. Terrible.

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable. In the lobby area, the scent of strong air freshener gave me headache. Our first three days, there were no waffles available for breakfast.

Nothing that I experienced

At check-in we were given a different room than booked. We booked with a tub and have no tub in the bathroom. There are no trash cans in the facility, other than in the lobby. So from the third floor, I have to travel all the way down the hall, and take the elevator to the lobby just to discard trash. All the receptacles in the hall clearly read “recycle” while the lobby cans read “trash.” Most frustrating of all, is when we enter outside to barbecue the food we purchased specifically for that purpose. We were locked outside. The card readers do not work in the late afternoon. So I was told by the front desk lady…. After walking all the way around the building to the lobby enterance. If you KNOW the issue, it needs to be addressed or at the very least put up a sign or something. When I mentioned some kind of sign to the front desk person she simply said, “well most of our regular guests know to prop open the door.” The final straw was when I tried to use the smoker out on the patio. Apparently, that is only for certain guests. Ok, than why is it out here? I messaged the customer service team and got no response for over a week. When I reached back out they had a whole message from the hotel rebutting all complaints and claimed to have called me the next day. This is not the national brand I thought it was.

Location Lack of no pool after a long day on the road I didn’t even read that it didn’t have a pool (my fault) but I’ve never stayed or even seen a hotel without a pool! We were bummed to not be able to swim especially in the heat.

The staff was cheerful and helpful during my stay.

The room not being clean when first arriving and housekeeping doing the absolute bare minimum. Why did they leave a tool at the door and run away before I could open the door? Do I have to fix bathroom issues myself?

I think this was my first time staying at one of your properties. Very nice. Outstanding, free buffet breakfast. Will be returning.

They didn’t recognize our booking reservation. After paying almost $400 ahead of time to have two suites booked upon our arrival from a very long international trip, we had to pay even more out of pocket to get a different room.

Refrigerator was dirty, pots and pans were dirty.
