The room was very clean and the staff was very nice . The house keeping staff went above and beyond to be helpful the 2 night we was there .

Helpful staff

I reserved 2 suite for son's wedding party and it helped tremendously. Plus they got much needed rest before heading to honeymoon. The breakfast in morning is good too!

Stay here often when I go to visit my son at school. I can't say enough about the staff and the hotel. I left to drive home to New jersey. I had lost my phone before I left. Somebody located it in the parking lot. The staff members were so helpful. They packed it up in a box for me and I had UPS pick it up. They even called to let me know that UPS had picked up the phone. They truly were very, very helpful. The hotel is immaculate. Very clean. Staff is great. Breakfast is always good and the coffee is fantastic

I stay at this holiday inn express several times a year and feel like the rooms are starting to show their age.

Made a reservation and trying to charge me 150 deposit need to cancel my reservation for all seasons Smithfield Rhode Island

Breakfast was good. Location was a new location for us, a little further than where we usually stay. But the price was better. There wasn't a microwave in the room; however, I don't think there was access to one in the lobby during off hours either. We wanted to heat up our takeout dinner.

Love the property very well lit the room was amazing clean and quiet The only thing was the tv was very limited for the price and no guide menu so you could not see what was on that channel

The cleanliness. There was mold in the grout of the tub and shower. Outside could use some sprucing up.

The bed was comfortable and was the only thing in the room that seemed clean. It was absolutely disgusting everything was dirty and breaking. There were cracks in the sink and window. The room had an awful smell. There was dirt and crumbs on every chair

Our stay was amazing. The room was very clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only downside was that the sofa bed looked dirty so we couldn’t use it.

This stay made my top 3 worst hotel stays of my life (and I travel a lot). I was shocked at the poor condition of this hotel. When you walk in, it looks like they make it look like cleanliness is a priority. But it was disgustingly dirty. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was covered in little pieces of litter and was pulling up in places. Somehow, the room was worse. I have never seen wallpaper with so many smudges and stains. The chairs were ripped and faded. Even worse, the carpet felt slimy. I could go on, but you get the point.
