No staff to check you in, they use AI. Scanned the QR code and went through the prompts several times no room number or door code sent. Only after cursing and complaining while the phone was on, thinking that the AI voice terminated the call, it actually heard everything I said and then said to me, so sorry you're experiencing difficulty, I will have someone call you in 5 minutes. They did and we got the code. It only took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get this check in information. Other people went going through the same problems we had at the same time. Only to find out the living quarters of the managers was only 150 feet away and no one came out. Parking was horrible, I literally, no exaggeration had to back the tailgate of my pickup about a foot and a half from the entrance door of our room as did everyone else. Doing so only then gave people enough room to drive past the front of our vehicles without hitting the trees and bushes on the other side of the parking lot. We reserved a room with a garden view, it was a very small parking lot and a wall of bushes and trees. No view at all. The parking lot was very dark and the lights only stayed on later at night, between 7pm and 10pm they only worked by motion and quickly went back off. Amenities? No, hair dryer,no iron,no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no cups, no clock, no outlets in the bathroom, 2 outlets in the room, no USB ports, no information in the room (check out times, wifi code, etc.). Worst experience I've ever had.

There are no mugs or hot cups in room but you can make coffee in the office lobby thing

The room was ok, but because there were many trees around, there were many small spiders in the corners, and if I left the door open even a little, mosquitoes would come in. I bought an insecticide to spray on the entire floor, door, and window, and after that it improved. The service was terrible! I made a mistake with the reservation; I arrived at 5 am. I know it was my fault, I should have booked to start the day before. When I arrived, I tried to do an early check-in, but it wasn't possible because it was full, which is understandable. But the worst part was that I asked to stay in the parking lot for a few hours to take a nap, as I hadn't slept at all coming from JFK after a 9h flight, and the person told that I couldn't because I would scare the guests... Absurd, after all, I was a guest that same day! In addition, they were supposed to send the check-in instructions by 3 pm, and I hadn't received anything by 6 pm. I filled the form, made all right in advance, but I had to insist to check in.

Decided to stay here based off the reviews across a few travel platforms. Wasn’t disappointed. Easy communication for checking in. Had everything that was needed. Clean, quiet, with good ac, hot water, and a big tv with good channel options as well as being able to log into your own steaming services. None

I didn't feel safe, too many connecting doors to one room. Floors were dirty and the towels were straight out of the bag. The bed was u comfortable leaving my limbs numb.

The location lost water and light during my station and the property refuse to refund the money.

My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Checking in was a little challenging because it was done by email and texting. Not with a live person. The volume on the TV didn't get loud enough to hear.

A beautiful, peaceful place, The property is private and perfectly surrounded by trees and silence. The room was immaculate, and the service staff was incredibly efficient and helpful. A flawless stay!

There was no staff that I saw, but none was really necessary. The room door code was texted to me and worked fine. The bed was made and everything I needed worked. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Ft. Dix, and several major chain fast food restaurants within 10 minutes drive from the property.
