It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing people. For the high price you receive the absolute minimum that should be provided in this price range. This gives a great experience and overall good feeling about your stay (no positive surprises). Upsells are everywhere, minibar is extremely expensive (it could be included in stay price to have feeling that you are receiving something for free in my opinion - alcohol should stay paid extra). Hotel has no parking! It recommends using city parking and offers that you can pay in the hotel but it is more expensive than if you pay in the parking cashier machine.

Convenient location - 5 minutes walk to the Old Town. Large room, furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds with quality linen. Spacious bright bathroom. Large terrace, furnished with table and chairs. Perfect cleanliness. Excellent breakfast with a huge selection of quality products. The best breakfast we have had in a hotel in Poland. Excellent location in a quiet area close to everything, with clear parking instructions and plenty of nparking space.The hotel is modern, the staff are friendly and professional, and the complimentary fruit, homemade lemonade, croissants, and morning coffee were a lovely touch The only minor issue was some sediment in the water from the hallway water dispenser which made it questionable to drink.

Very clean hotel and rooms are clean. Breakfast was great, you could choose from buffey and a la carte - that was exellent We had some criminal/burglary on our balcony on the 4th floor in the middle of the night in this hotel, he was trying to break in. It was an awful experience and we were rather scared. We changed rooms in the middle of the night and then the day after we asked for refund for this night and the answear was NO! We got 500 PLN to use in the restaurant and we felt that the hotel was trying to silence us with that. Two days later we were in the elevator on our way to check out then we met this man again in the elevator, he was just wandering around the hotel not as a guest. We were really scared and this hole thing ruined our couples trip. We are never staying at this hotel again.
