There are rats outside and during the night it's very noisy. The sofa bed was not prepared for sleeping.

Quality room one block from Old Town

Excellent location, close to the Market Square and several tramways. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was not perfectly clean and insulation wasn't good either as I could clearly hear the other guests coming and getting out of their rooms.

The location, despite the misunderstanding about the reception and the apartment. The apartment was right near to the old town. If arriving late you can get a bit confused until you get to the building, but trust me is a good place and neighborhood.

This accommodation lists parking as an amenity, which is unfortunately misleading. The parking they recommend is across the river — that's a stretch to call it hotel parking. I raised the issue with reception, who seemed surprised, and also messaged the host on Booking.com. As of today, the property still lists parking as an amenity.

Beds are uncomfortable, need some renovation. Pillows are very loose to support your head to sleep. Standard check-in is very late at 3 PM, and if you ask about early check-in if the rooms are available, they ask for additional 100 PLN

With a temperature of 0 degrees I would expect the heating turned on, the room was quite cold and was difficult to sleep and I got sick

And I am 180 cm tall - The bed sheets were too short and did not cover the matress well

Clean and cozy

Everything was perfect for me. My single room was very small, but it was stylish and had everything I needed. There is a small kitchen in the bottom floor (microwave, fridge, a panini press, kettle) which I made use of because I don't like to eat every meal at a restaurant. The design of the rooms is very good and there is a beautiful staircase in the building. It's very interesting. The staff were very kind and helpful during my stay, and they were exceptionally helpful after I left because I accidentally left my iPad in the room and continued on my travels. I didn't discover I had forgotten it until late that day and they spent hours communicating with me by Whatsapp as I tried to make arrangements to ship it by DHL. It all worked out, thanks to the help of the staff at reception. I am very grateful! The wifi in my room was very weak. I had to do some work, so this was a little bit difficult. But if you just want to check emails and do small things, it's not so bad.

The apartment was clean, spacious and warm. The beds were comfortable. The building is near the old town and the market square. We got easily the keys from the locker box as we arrived late at night. We like the place but not the noise from the street. Our apartment was №3 on the first floor facing the main street and it was almost impossible to sleep due to the constant noise- especially when the tram was passing we thought it was enetring the room. You should think about noise-insulation windows. It is a pity that this spoils the otherwise nice atmosphere of the place. I wouldn't recommend it to other people because it is impossible to rest in this place.

We liked the location and cleanliness. The entrance is round the back of the road so a bit tricky to find. Even though the location is good, we found it very noisy until the early hours then noisy again from 6am.
