It is very basic, rather a hostel style accommodation. In fact, we had an apartment but later realized that the accommodation marks itself as Hostel Wratislawa. For one night stay it is okay but for a few days with family it provides below basic comfort. Our refrigerator door didn't close so we couldn't really use it. Only towels for the shower were provided, nothing for hands. No soap in the dispenser. The pillows were quite bad.

Well located from the train station and old town! Clean and good value. Family visit, kids liked it too

Location Is Great 15’ walk on either direction Glowny or Old City. Staff was helpful. Wifi extremely fast and facilities clean. The kitchen is a bit crowded but the main room is awesome - I noticed that there were arriving after midnight leaving at 6am. Problem is there showed to empathy for people already sleeping.

Clean, quiet Beds need curtains, bit far from city center

Impossible to contact the property by phone. I called them 12 times and none of the calls were picked up.
-
Not enough toilet tissue, no power point for upper bed, shower gel not refilled

24*7 front desk and helpful staff was big plus for me

We had a twin bed family room with private shower. We were simply looking for a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay that was good value. Hostel Wratislavia ticked all the boxes. The staff was friendly, it was quiet, the room was very clean, and we slept well. Mission accomplished. We were fine with our stay.

Really professional and well organized hostel in Wroclaw. Very friendly and polite staff. Quite big rooms and excellent location. I would like to stay here again.

I booked reservation near that the hostel and went inside then you know that first receptionist was rude. Oh my goodness how rude she was.. She needs to guide properly someone who came to your hostel. I m your client. I'm scared to talk to her the way how she looked at me and talked me. Horrible.

Location was good. Walkable to airport bus, tram stop, shopping mall, supermarket, and a longer walk to the old town. The mattress was nice and firm and hot water was sufficient. There seems to be a wide range of rooms and our room didn’t look like the pictures. Very noisy neighbours on a weekend, as the lower floors were dorm rooms full of rowdy students during our stay. Plates and cups etc had food residues from previous occupants.

The mixed 4bed room is spacious, clean and doesnt have uncomfortable odor most specially the beddings. The sacurity of the room is good and even have personal locker inside the room.

Not very friendly at reception, I needed iron for clothes and she didn't care

People in the room smells like shit

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had given me plenty of help and information. Just needs more toilet paper in each bathroom.

Beds were super comfy No outlets by the beds.

the property is really close to the center I understand that in a hostel you do not choose who you share a room with, but some common sense in room assignments would have been appreciated. I booked a bed in a 6-bed dorm and ended up being the only woman, at 21 years old, sharing with five men over 30, which made me very uncomfortable. The room was also never cleaned, and the shared space was not well maintained. What made the stay especially unsettling was that one night the police came into the room because there was apparently a criminal staying there. When I asked reception what had happened, they refused to explain anything, which I found very dishonest and disturbing. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or safe during my stay.

5 PLN per day to use the kitchen. I’d understand if this hostel was dirt cheap, but I don’t consider 64 PLN per night exactly cheap so I don’t see why they nickel and dime customers to use something other hostels provide for free. What’s next, paying to use the toilet? When I stayed here about 10 years ago there was a kitchen and common room freely available to all guests.

Staff was good, also the location. Rooms are very spacious and cozy. Bedside outlet and light, which is pretty good for nights. Good bathroom. You need to put your own bedding, but it's okay. Looks like very cool and chill people stay there.
