The location of the hotel was probably the biggest benefit of our stay, within 10 minutes of the train station and of the city centre, so all the important things were within walking distance. We also got a really good deal, so our stay was not pricey considering the location. Otherwise the hotel was clean, great selection of food for breakfast, all satisfactory. The door to our room did not really close tightly, so even though it was locked during the night, even a slight burst of wind from the hallway made it slam. For light sleepers a little annoying.

location, breakfast, restaurant Location is perfect: close to the old city center for sightseeing, near the main city railway station and you just have to step out to city tram/bus lines. Great continental breakfast in a restaurant with wonderful old style. Our room have had a cigarette smoke odor before we ventilated the room. Room windows open just onto the city tram/bus lines, so it quite loud. Keep it in mind if you're traveling with kids.

Staff on reception very good and friendly. The cleaning staff were all very nice and helpful. The staff in the restaurant. Young staff, who had no time for the customer and did not engage. The breakfast was not great! Cold coffee and the hot food was not actually hot! We had to complain about the breakfast and staff in the restaurant.

Location good Breakfast not enough Breakfast was served for a little longer as it was the weekend; however, when I arrived early, there was barely any food left. The staff never brought more food while I was sitting there for 40 min.

Fantastic location on the edge of the centre, great tram connections, easy from the airport (Bus 106 to Renoma), close to train station and the fantastic bars/ restaurants under the arches. Breakfast is excellent, staff fantastic, my third stay there and zero complaints. Nothing

The hotel is definitely in a very good location, which was the biggest advantage of our stay. On the positive side, breakfast was served in a beautiful restaurant, which we really liked. However, the room itself felt quite outdated, and the smell reminded us of older, not very pleasant times. We also did not notice when booking that the room had no air conditioning at all, which made the stay less comfortable during hot weather.
