The hotel is not far from the old square. It is clean, it had a nice bathroom and sitting room. The breakfast is good for the price paid. The bed is against the wall on both sides but was very comfortable

I reviewed the staff slightly low as I had little interaction with them. Why they couldn't supply milk for room coffee was a puzzle enter. At breakfast, no cereal or yogurts. Unless they were hidden somewhere

The hotel's location is its strongest point. It is well situated for getting around Wrocław, with good access to the main attractions. For that alone, it works as a base. Housekeeping was absent for the entire stay — the room was never cleaned on any of the days I was there. Breakfast, though included, was so limited that I stopped using it after the first morning and ate out instead. To make matters worse, a double bed was equipped with only two single duvet, which is simply not acceptable.

The cleanliness is very good and the room super comfortable. I miss some sort of yoghurt and cereal by the breakfast.
