Average, but average is okay. Nothing super special, but nothing bad either. Staff was friendly, rooms were modern enough, clean enough. Exactly what you'd expect for the price point. It's a bit outside the city in an industrial area, but feels safe nonetheless. Nothing is really walkable, but delivery services and Uber are available.

Great location; nice facility and room; nice staff; close to the airport but absolutely NO airplane noise—very quiet for sleeping. We ate at the restaurant— the waiter was great however, my husband had an amazing salad but my meal (potato pancakes) was terrible.

Great little jewel close to the airport. Clean, nicely decorated and the staff is very helpful. Got my wake-up call as scheduled and the taxi was there on time. Still a little too far from the airport. A 4am taxi cost us 45 zloty

My son and I stayed at the Terminal Hotel the night before an early flight out of Copernicus Airport. We loved the option of a room with two twin beds. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I recommend buying a cart for the restaurant to use for room service. They had to make several trips from the kitchen to the room. I would stay here again!

Check-in was quick and easy and I was able to check in right at 2p. Hotel restaurant food was very good. If there would be a way where the room doors did not slam which kept me awake anytime another guest came/went that would be nice. Bathroom sink area was quite small.

staff was incredibly unaccommodating. restaurant posted hours of open until 10pm, we were denied dining at 915pm. Lobby staff refused use of lobby couches for our group to have dinner together. we had to find alternate accommodations
