The staff at the check in was very unfriendly. Parking was very expensive, 2x compared to the street parking. After the first night we always parked on the street since there was always space, even during the Easter weekend.

Excellent location, helpful staff, absolute cleanliness. Service in the hotel's bar was way too slow. The first room we got was extremely cold due to a failure in the AC/heating system but the the receptionist sorted this out very efficiently by offering us another room with an upgrade.

The property was located in the perfect area. It was comfortable, clean and so quiet. Definitely felt like a 5 star experience. They were so busy for breakfast that it took awhile to get anyone’s attention so we can pay.

Stile, location and staff

This week we stayed for two nights in a Deluxe King Room - wonderful experience. The large room had a stunning view from the floor to ceiling windows, deluxe bathroom, and we loved the ambient lighting, including the bed candles, around the room. We ate breakfast each morning which was excellent, with a wide selection of hot buffet options, fruit, cheeses, charcuterie, fish, cakes, baked goods, and a menu of further choices. We also opted for room service one evening, which was fantastic. When booking the stay we did not realize quite how lovely the location of the hotel is - walking around the cathedral city in the evening was truly memorable. During our stay all staff, during check-in, breakfast, cleaning staff and check-out were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend The Bridge. No complaints.

Everything! Really good amenities, and lovely historical neighborhood. The staff is super nice, the room was big and comfortable, the spa was impressive, and we could stay with our dog (for 100 pln per night). The breakfast was really good, diverse, and very tasty! The dinner menu at the restaurant was very limited. More like a cocktail bar with snacks menu.

THE BAR COCKTAIL STAFF bar staff Rafael and Igor were excellent the bed sheets were amazing and mattress was very comfortable spa was not open during the day
