Parking and location No window blinds, no light protection, especially in the morning. Woke me up at 5 oclock.

Service, location, spa and the room was great.

the room had an incredible view. but it looks like we were lucky and got the best room in the whole hotel!! ? there is no pool but there is a jacuzzi but you have to pay extra for it. oldschool policy

Everything was satisfying

The location was great. The hotel and rooms are spacious and very clean. The only suggestions I have for improvement is a more reasonable breakfast. Also a hotel of this stature should provide ice. Every hotel we stayed at in Poland offered a bucket of ice when we asked for it. Here we got two glasses of ice and you had to pay for it. I started buying ice at the store nearby better value. Also pointed out in our second week back after our first week stay we went to the desk and booked another week on back and of our trip. When I happened to be in line booking other hotels in other parts of the country I noticed I could have had a much better rate booking online. When we checked in we asked if perhaps we could get a breakfast or two to compensate for a bit of the cost however manager would not even consider this. In future definitely booking through a third party booking not direct with hotel.

Hotel was in the centre of Wroclaw. Excellent breakfast. Lovely room. We had a room overlooking a bar on the street. The noise didn't stop until 4am! When we got to our room there were ear plugs on the side which were very much needed. Try and book an internal room if staying here.

The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary accessories. A very good experience. Check in and Check was just like breeze. Nothing much that I can complain.

We booked this hotel primarily based on its location and how close we would be to the old town square, and it did not disappoint. Location was excellent, room was a great size, whole hotel was very clean and air conditioning worked great. The room also came with a refillable glass water bottle we could fill using the free purified cold water dispenser outside our room. The free water dispenser was an absolute life saver. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. Liked everything

The breakfast was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very hot, but the climate control worked great.

Staff was attentive and available. The location is a block from the city square. Our rooms were wonderful. That I had to leave. If you are on Swietego Mikolaja Street it can be noisy on a Friday or Saturday night. Avoid a room on that street if the noise will bother you.

The room with the city view is a bit noisy, you get ear protection but for me it wasn't enough.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable: next to the city's main square and to public transport. Our room was totally quiet as it faced an inner courtyard. The hotel has been renovated to high design and comfort standards. Generally speaking we don't like very large hotels and this is no exception. One has to patiently wait for an elevator. We did not appreciate the front desk telling us point blank upon arrival that rooms were not cleaned daily. Such service had to be expressly requested.

Great location, very nice spacious rooms. Good amenities such as robes and slippers, water stations throughout, a great spa, quiet rooms, and good blackout curtains. Breakfast was great and extensive. Nothing, but slightly expensive since it also did not include the spa price, but it was worth the price.

Nice place in the old center, walking distance to anything. The pillows.

They stored some of our luggage for 2 days before we checked in.
