Great food, location. Friendly staff. Swimming pool is paid, and is lane swimming only. Air conditioning never worked in the restaurant all week, was like a sauna. We arrived late and there were no sheets on the sofa bed, requested from reception, and were told they couldn't give us sheets until the following morning.

hotel położony w zacisznym miejscu,tereny zielone sportowe,bardzo miła okolica. Miła obsługa w hotelu,bardzo dobre śniadania już od wczesnych godzin -od godziny 7:00 A to było dla mnie ważne gdyż spieszyłam się na zajęcia na uczelnię. wszystko było w porządku.

Lots of sports facilities which were easy to book. Good sized clean rooms. Nice swimming pool and sports courses The staff!! Almost no one speaks English, everything is a problem, they are not trying to sort out anything but always blame the guest. Terribly impolite. The cherry on top was two non-english speaking girls trying to convince me that our triple room only has 1 person’s breakfast included. I was literally dragged out of the restaurant with half-filled cup of coffee away from the coffee machine to “sort this out”, the solution was that the staff spoke together in Polish and had me wait and then said “is ok” - and then “it was reception fault”. No apology, no client service or client experience in mind. Dinner order took 60-90 minutes to bring, though the food was excellent.

Great location and infrastructure. Tasty food for great value. Lovely staff in the reception & the bar. Air-cons didn’t work in 2 out of 4 rooms we have booked. Staff was unable to help us as the hotel was almost booked out, but the lack of sleep in the 30 degree rooms have ruined our plans the next two days.
