For an emergency stay, ok. The desk would not let me check into the room until 3pm. I had to wait in the lobby even if the room was ready and already cleaned. These are the rules. I got to the hotel lobby at 1 pm. Unfriendly staff. The room needs updating. Carpet worn out.

the hotel stated there would be air conditioning in the room. it was 33 degrees in wroclaw the day we were meant to stay there. we got up to the room and the thermostat read 32 degrees inside the room and there was a musty smell inside. we turned on the air conditioning and after waiting 30 minutes, no cold air was coming out so i brought the issue up with the front desk. she did not offer to move rooms and just gave us a fan instead and told us to wait for the air conditioning unit to start working as she claimed theyre quite old. i explained i had it running for 30 minutes already and she said to give it another while. after 30 more minutes there was still no cold air coming out the unit, it was actually hot air coming out of it instead. we decided we had enough as the heat was genuinely unbearable so we decided to move hotels entirely. i contacted booking.com asking for a refund due to false advertisement and the fact we were in the room a total of 1 hour, after which the hotel rejected our claim for the refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. when i spoke to the booking.com agent i had asked them to remove air conditioning as one of the hotel's facilities as IT DOES NOT WORK THEREFORE IT IS NOT RIGHT TO CLAIM THE ROOMS HAVE AIR CON.

the hotel location is accessible to all kinds of transportation (train, tram, taxi) the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the AC is leaking

Electricity card port was shaky and took me 3 min each time to get it to work. Room was 28*C when I entered - outside was 24. Air conditioning was faulty. I've asked for colder room but staff said they don't know temperature as they don't enter rooms. Odd experience. On my arrival staff was smoking outside with some friend who attempted to bother me. Paid 30 PLN more for grand hotel next day - incomparable.

We had a lovely big room, location was good (opp the station). A very comfortable room. We had paid extra for a room with air conditioning. The allocated room had a non-working air con. On requesting a change, we were shown to an attic room, with full on arctic air con. But no curtains. After complaining again we finally struck it lucky with a “just right” room. The included breakfast was at another hotel 200 metres away and was satisfactory. The staff were not particularly welcoming.
