I had a very pleasant stay at Zoo Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, especially if you're planning to visit the zoo. Everything was well organized, and I would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

There was some bottle of coke / lemonade in my minibar when i check-in in my room - leftover - I don't know how long. Also you advertised fast internet and in reality my phone was much faster, and fact the TV must be on in the room ho have WiFi since TV act as WiFi hotspot. During breakfast in the morning there were many leftovers / dishes on the tables which nobody bothers to clean up.

Property was clean and quiet, great value for your money The only bad thing is they don’t provide toiletries for the shower, no shampoo, soap or lotion.

Awesome room renovation!!! Excellent stuff!!! The room was the same as on photo on booking which I liked. The best hotel I'd been in for last year or two(for this money) I'd like to have double size blanket on double size bed. And slippers. Also it was a bit cold at night

The decoration and design . Convenience store downstairs is a good plus. The sheets of the bed were very small and old. Also the towels. Most as presentable as the rest.

The double size bed was actually two single beds connected and the closet was a little small.

On Bookin.com and in their lobby it says they have parking, but that is not so. The parking on property is only for 1,5 hours. Next doors is parking and it's cheap. But still. Room was cold even in summer, had to turn AC off.

I needed to ask the help of the kind and courteous staff for help with the WiFi connection.

The location is excellent, a nice walk into town and close to the zoo I feel it would be a good deal to include zoo entry tickets onto a booking.
