For me alone the room was small, I can't imagine hosting 4 persons there. No cupboard or any furniture to store your clothes. And yes I know that I wasn't attentive enough and didn't read that there are no towels in the description. But anyway it's annoying to be willing to take a shower after a journey and not be able to.

A bad smell from the toilet inside the room or a smell from the old wooden floor. It feels like a bit dampness inside the room during the winter (end of December).

Absolutely nothing. No message with access code. Reception, which was supposed to be open until 10pm, was closed after 7pm. You had to call several times to get codes and enter the building !!! I will never stay there again !!!

I wish the accommodation was a bit cleaner.

Well located place, close to the center and quite. Very polite staff. Super nice conditions for the price. Clean. For the towels there was a little additional fee, but everything was prepared well and the price is still one of the best possible. I have found only one socket in a twin room, not counting the bathroom, maybe a power strip would really work well enought for the future guests. Many codes to enter, but they were explained well and worked perfectly all the time.

Good spot for a quick stay in Wroclaw. Check in is without personal interaction, as well as check out. Even though it is a hostel, it felt like a separate room in a hotel or apartment. As a bonus there is a great vegan restaurant just around the corner. The room was clean, bed and bathroom were also good. Recommend! The lock on the entrance door was a bit tricky to open and not from the first try.

- the hostel is quite well located - it was looking modern Short: bad smelling ground floor apartment Long: - there was a strong bad smell in the apartment that was extremely disturbing (mentioned already in other comments). There was also smell in the kitchen drawers and cupboards so we didn't use any kitchen utensils. There was mould in the bathroom - the Apartment is located on higher ground floor which was not mentioned in the description but would have been a crucial information - it wasn't possible to open the windows at night because it faces quite a busy street full of car fumes -it wasn't possible to fully cover the windows due to lack of bigger curtains or anything else - i was informed the day before the arrival that the check-in is contactless and on the arrival day I'll receive an access code. I answered this message and confirmed my arrival time obviously chatting with a staff member. On the arrival day they didn't send us the code and nobody answered my message on booking so i needed to call them and they told me it was an automatic message and a person has to come to let us in and take the money... Although the person was nice the whole situation was confusing and unnecessary. She also told us she'll send us an aves code to the main hostel area "right away" and that didn't happen so i again asked for it. - the mattresses were simply a joke - the fotos might be a bit old because the hostel is actually already a bit worn out Moho ensured that we had an unforgettable experience in Wrocław and not in a good way.

Location OK. Clean rooms. Shared fridge, basic kitchen. WiFi. Self checkin and checkout (automatic locks etc). Very, very cramped/tiny room and bathroom. No ventilation. The window overlooks the dumpster (yes, really). No coffee filters in the kitchen.

The room was cozy and the position and price are good We couldnt enter the room which we reserved (n° 1) because the box containing the key didnt open with the code provided in the email. We couldnt receive assistant because it was midnight and noone answered the phone. Eventually we noticed that another room was open and clean and so we slept there. We still dont know if we were supposed to use this second room (in which case, it should have been said in the confirmation email), or if it was just luck that it was open. Anyways, the communication from the hostel should have been better.

I booked a room for mom and dad and their small dog. traveling from Finland to Portugal, stopped to rest for the night. They really liked everything, they even stayed the second night! great place to relax! The room is large, good kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable beds. thank you very much, I highly recommend it!
