Impeccably clean, but not exactly as it looks at the pictures - "the kitchen" is in the corridor.

I guess the best part of the apartment is its value and that it is close to a shop and a bus/tram stop. The cleanness could be much better. Towels are not included in the price (although they were there when we arrived). The soundproofing is poor, so you can hear a lot of what happens in the hallway and rooms.

Good location, comfortable bed The place needs better maintenance. The curtain rail was broken and fell off completely when I tried to shut the curtains. Water was not coming down the drain in the shower and created a flood in the bathroom. I asked for an invoice and never received it.

Only ten minutes walk to the city centre. The floor was dirty. Smell of cold smoke in the room. Stains on the bed sheets. Long hair on the towels. Sofa broken.

Good kitchen: there is a small fridge, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for a short stay. There is a public street parking in front of the hostel, but all places are occupied. So don't expect to find a place there. I liked self-check-in, because I could arrive anytime and open the room by myself. Thank you for being pet-friendly. I always appreciate it. Super cold in the room: It was the 1st of December and we didn't expect that it will so freezing cold in the room. There were no additional blankets we could use. There was only 1 small weak heater, which obviously was not enough for such a big 2-storeyed room. I had to take 1 blanket from an additional 3d (unused) bed because otherwise, I would have to search for another hotel right in the middle of the night because it was so cold in the room. I had a sore throat and caught a cold after a 2-night stay. The beds were very uncomfortable. It's 2 beds moved together, but they cannot be used as 1 double bed. Pillows uncomfortable. I was asking the property to send me the company invoice for more than a week after check-out, and although the property promised they will send it, they were not doing it. Only after I contacted booking.com customer support, the I finally received my invoice. No towels in the room. We were 2 people in a separate room with a private bathroom, but we were not provided with towels. The Internet in the room was so weak that neither phone nor laptop couldn't connect. So when I needed internet, I had to go to the common hall and use it there.

Very comfortable little room with an attached ensuite. Very private and largely quiet. Self check-in details weren’t sent until very late in the day so we struggled to check into the property.
