The room had some issues (bathroom fixtures were old / semi-broken). Lack of western food options. Lunch time during at the Club room needed more snack options

The room was big and with great features, like automatic curtains and a tv for the bathtub. Nice long bench with a good view of the city. It is located immediately next to a subway station which is convenient. The gym and pool are also good. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, which wasn't a great first impression to walking in the room. Other than that it was good.

Great location, welcoming staff and food is a plus also A/C didnt really work that well and the staff told it was supposed to run like that. sometimes it just feels like not functioning at all

Everything was perfect! There were some weird periodic noise at the middle of the night for some time during the first night but I was able to change the room and then everything was great

Very nice and modern hotel, great facilities! Rooms are clean and offer good comfort. Staff was helpful and friendly. Located right beside the metro station.

It is an excelente hotel in Wuhan. The beauty of interior design, the cuban music at night in the bar, the generosity of staff, the amazing and complete breakfast. We cannot put the temperature of the room lower because the hotel decide the temperature for all rooms together.

Lobby. The rooms need upgrading, and they are also too dark and not enough lights and brightness in the room.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful. The staff is so nice. The room is very big with an enormous walk-in shower and a beautiful sunken bath. The bed was more than comfortable. The gym was great. I didn't even try the pool, I was so busy enjoying everything. Really loved my stay here. Nothing.

looks clean. reception staffs were polite. no proper business Center. business Center is a table next to the reception front desk. absolutely no privacy. first time seeing this in a 5 star hotel. room is very dark.
