Facilities overall, they look old and poorly maintained. Given the pricepoint, I expected something more decent. And besides, it's Shangrila. Children's play area are no longer available too. Also, compared to other VIP rooms I've been to, this one is the least generous when it comes to perks.

The hotel was very professional was able to accommodate to allowing me earlier check in. Staff was very professional, and helpful too. I didn't have time to check out the facilities. The hotel was indeed very close to the subway. There wasn't anything in particular that I didnt like.

We always know that the Shangri-La hotels are synonymous with quality, especially the staff. Special thanks must go to Ms. Cindy Cheng from the front desk. Cindy went out of her way to help us book two museum visits, which proved to be the highlight of our trip. Wuhan is a beautiful city, so picturesque and full of culture. We definitely will return and sure stay again at the Shangri-La. We love everything about the hotel.

Staff are all very friendly. We drink lots of water, they didnt show us weird face when we get 2 bottles of water from counter. We enjoy the gym facilities. Me enjoy so much for complementary YOGA session. We will be back when we in Wu Han again. The toilet add on a spray for washing after big business will be great!
