Easily reached via taxi, didi (uber) and via metro. Very clean hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The king room was adequate in size for a base, the bed ultra comfortable and the shower and toilet were excellent. Daily housekeeping keeps the room very clean and are flexible on when they service the rooms. Soundproofing is OK. You can hear some traffic and planes through the glass windows, which you cannot open. Air conditioning was good and the hotel provided a supplemental standalone conditioner to clean the air as my wife was pregnant. The buffet breakfast is the best I have encountered in China from a western perspective. Plenty of options with fresh bread from the bakery on the 1st (ground) floor. I am a vegetarian and usually struggle out and about in hotels here but I was able to fill up on cereal, yoghurt, fruit, bread/toast and also the likes of potatoes, eggs, tomato, mushroom and beans subject to the day as they aren't all available every day. Nevertheless, I thoroughly recommend the breakfast. Check-in and Check-out efficient and friendly. All in all and enjoyable stay. The metro is around 600m walk over some uneven pavement which may cause some people a few issues with children, pushchairs, luggage or mobility. The metro station exit has no escalator. This isn't a reflection on the hotel but may be a factor for some.

my wife checked in earlier and requested. a wheelchair and everything was fulfilled without hassle. We decided to extend 1 more night of stay as the hotel is clean and staff is friendly Not at the moment, I may need to checked out a bit later yet to hear from the management

Great location with lots of small restaurants and street food nearby. Short walk to the metro. Hotel and rooms were nice inside with friendly staff. Adjusting the temperature of the room didn't seem to do anything and so it was too warm at night.

Loved the close proximity to the metro, restaurants and shops. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the Metro and can be accessed on Line 2 directly from the airport for $2.50Aud The restaurants in the streets around the hotel are plentiful, the streets are lively with a great vibe. The hotel is luxurious, our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff are very accommodating and approachable. A special mention to Vista who works in the hotel bar/lounge. What an asset to the hotel this young man is. Great customer service, a nice guy with a great attitude. Thank you Vista for making our drinks, they were suburb. Not the hotels fault, but when patrons smoke in the halls of the hotel it is awful, and disrespectful.
