The hotel room itself was clean. Check in was chaotic- they could not find our booking and requested that we cancelled the room and book again, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. This took around 45 minutes to sort out. The room was a twin instead of a double, and there were some calling cards in the rooms that gave a seedy feeling to the whole stay.

Staff is unattentive, and will not try to help english speaking travellers. I stayed here for 2 weeks, only do to the location and the affordable price. They would not even let me check out an hour late, even if I paid extra. Smoke filled hotel....

Air conditioner did not cool and it was very hot. The rooms are all smoking rooms and people smoke everywhere in the hotel. Walls are dirty and beds are very small.
