Breakfast was good. The gym and the swimming pool are real ones, and the staff is great. There is a sauna and a turkish bath too. The staff is pretty helpful but they don't speak great english The internet: to connect you have to use wechat or a phone number. Unbelievable.

All of the good restaurants and shopping are in the walkable areas.

Amazing food great staff overall tops

The location is great, next to a walking street. Very close to a subway station. The room is big, and the bed is comfy. The breakfast is not bad, but might need some improvements for this level of hotel.

Location, staff, service. Staff were very helpful and connected my devices to WiFi using their personal numbers, so that that is excellent.When I have to print a document, staff print it without charging money. Room was very hot and unable to adjust the temp, so it was bit warm. A suggestion to improve: WiFi access shouldn't require local Chinese mobile to connect. Should be with a simple password.

Ivy and Duke were exceptionally friendly, fantastic service from all the staff, and housekeeping were brilliant . Breakfast was excellent a must have . A little more support for non- speaking Chinese would go a long way for tourists. Do not book any Chinese hotel with a Google email or outlook in China .

Breakfast is good. Zheng restaurant is overpriced considering the food it served. Location is good. Facility is not as good as I expected.

Great location Room is old. Room design is very unreasonable, for example the reading light is right above the bed, so you feel like your head is burning. And you cant keep the room lights on by themselves, you either have to turn all lights on or no lights on

There is a metro station just at the gate of the hotel, and besides the hotel is a commercial street where there are a lot of restaurants . The room is large and clean, the gym is nice and there are nice buffet inside. The swimming pool is a little cool. No children’s playground .

Location of the hotel is good and room and facilites are fine. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. Staff generally helpful. The first room we got on a non-smoking floor smelled very smoky and we changed to another room on the same floor which smelled more like air refresher. Unfortunately the smoky smell came back and we had dry throats and dizzy heads. Some front desk staff were not properly trained as they did not know how to make payments from online booking work, and we were surprised to be told to use apps to make booking as prices are better than what the hotel can offer. As contrast at another hotel the front desk honored the prices we could get from online booking apps.

The location was central on a very busy, traffic packed road but close to shops. The hotel needs a face lift, rooms were old, faded and grubby. Bathrooms especially need an upgrade and weren't clean. Had to request a room change twice. Second room offered had overwhelming smell of cigarettes , supposed to be non-smoking! Hotel needs to up their game on the cleaning front. No-one attempted to speak English only relying on translations on their phones which is poor for an 'International' hotel. Buffet breakfast was limited, fresh juices were delicious but guests were expected to drink everything from tea cups rather than glasses! Was charged an extra 30RMB for a bath liner which was clearly needed given the general grubbiness of the bath tub.

The location is excellent. The room is clean and comfy. Breakfast is beyond disappointing!!! For the price we pay, definitely not worth the money!
