The facilities are complete, especially the kitchen utensils are all available. Disposable slippers are very slippery. I almost slipped in the corridor and bathroom several times.

It felt like a good four star hotel with super professional staff that made efforts to understand me and provide accurate information. I liked that the kitchen was European style, with usual western cooking utilities. It was very clean and the room was really big. The self-service laundry is free of charge (washing and drying), and there's even a gym and several lounge areas. It was a bit overpriced compared to other options.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything here was smooth and easy. I highly recommend. A wonderful experience. Nothing! My stay was perfect!

During my stay, everything was extremely correct. The staff is professional and very friendly. I have no objections to these matters. Unfortunately I had problems with the internet, it just wasn't working properly. I had a lot of work to do and unfortunately I was wasting time by constantly connecting. I asked twice to solve the problem, the technicians and reception staff were extremely accommodating and professional. Everything was done professionally, but unfortunately the problem continued. For this standard, the room should be a bit cleaner and the breakfast more varied and complete.
