Well taken care of, staff very friendly, breakfast buffet was great. Didn’t have orange juice the first day, then when I brought my own the second day you had it.

I didn’t sleep well at Delta hotel (under Marriott) but I slept nicely here. The room is spacious and cozy. Downstairs is mall with supermarkets and various restaurants in. Very convenient and good location. The room featured with washing machines(including dyer function) and microwave and proper fridge. Could do late check out till 2pm for free which is very flexible. I absolutely loved it here.

For a family of 4, a two-bedroom suite gave us comfort and space to relax after a day of busy sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of Western food, fresh fruits, and daily featured Shanxi local dishes. We looked forward to sampling new food and enjoying familiar home food at the same time. The real jam of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff who helped me to reserve tour tickets, order takeout, and recommend activities and restaurants. Kristal, Diago, Amber, the amazing front desk team, who went above and beyond to provide us with guest services and made our trip memorable. Chef Su kindly shared his delicious dish recipes with me. We will recommend the hotel to family and friends for future stays.

I loved the homey feeling and the relaxing swimming pool/ sauna experience. Gym was really good- had all free weights I needed for my workout- including kettlebells! Really fantastic facilities! I’ve extended the stay twice! That how good I felt in there! It’s next to the mall where I could get some really tasty food, and has got two 7/11 just near by! The suite was fantastic! If I’ll ever return to Xi’an- that will be my hotel to stay! All was fabulous for my liking

The hotel is conveniently located, offering spacious rooms, comprehensive facilities, and very comfortable beds. The highlight was the kids' activity room, where our two-year-old could happily spend most of the day. The hotel's main shortcoming was the breakfast. The variety of food was limited, and despite breakfast being available until 10:30 a.m., many dishes were already unavailable by 9:00 a.m. and were not promptly replenished. Furthermore, some staff members spent time chatting and commenting on guests, which felt inappropriate and left a poor impression of the service.

This was my fourth time staying at Somerset, and this time we stayed at the one in Xi'an. The apartment was super clean, really spacious, and had brand-new modern styles. The king bed is very large and extremely comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great too, with lots of good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.?

Fully equipped, it's as relaxing and convenient as home. The bathroom sink has poor drainage and is clogged with waste; it needs regular cleaning.

We stayed at the Two-Bedroom Premier suite. The unit is really spacious and very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with equipment and utensils, also has a washing machine. Bed is very comfortable. The housekeeping daily is also excellent. The breakfast spread was good. Staff are friendly. Location is also easily accessible, quite near to tourist spots. There is also a shopping mall beside so it's really convenient. None.

Next to mall, very convenient. Cleaning ladies and breakfast staff were very nice and kind. Staff was generally helpful. It’s not very close to the city centre but convenient enough with cabs and didi.

Location is perfect for tourism, nearby shopping mall and restaurants provide everything one may need, the staff is very friendly and polite. The Deluxe room is clean, spacious and soundproof There was a certain damp smell in the living room , the source of it which we couldn't find
