Staff and breakfast was very nice. In principle a very nice hotel, but due to the weather conditions and the heating system, it was not enjoyable. Due to the time of the year (mid March), the air condition of the hotel wasn't working it was still put on heating. Our room had 29 °C room temperature, The windows couldn't be opened due to the height of the bulding. So it was not possible to get any sleep. Finally we had to change the room middle of the night. The new room was in a ground floor situation with a view against a wall. This room had now 18 °C room temperature, which was basically too cold. I assume when travelling at a differnt time of the year, the stay would be very nice, but mid March it was a desaster.

False advertising about the location. On Booking.com the hotel claimed to be 6 miles or 10 klm from the Terracotta Warriors Museum when in fact it was approximately 37 klm

Very clean, staff communication and service is very good, liked the breakfast at the hotel, had Shaanxi specials with reasonable price in the buffet, staff can speak englsih and nice The location is a bit far from metro, you can only call the taxi in rush time. Even it is far from metro the location is quite and clean very liked there.

Quiet surrounding Room condition need major servicing. Aircon in 1 of the room is spoilt. When switch to a new room the infrared sensor malfunction. Even if people in the room, lighting cut off after certain time. Need to press the master switch to turn on the power
