Location of hotel is perfect, nearby outlet and 2 shoppping centres. Also nearby parks. Really loved it. Breakfast also is tasty and a lot of options to choose. Furniture a bit old. Also washing machine in laundry room needs to be updated

1) Great location within walking distance from metro station and next to shopping mall with many food offerings 2) Friendly and helpful reception staff 3) Complimentary buffet breakfast with good spread 1) No mini-fridge in the hotel room 2) Only national and provincial TV channels in Chinese, no English channels

Clean and comfortable room Requested taxis to the North train station. The guy at front office walked with us outside to help us. I showed him our train tickets that showed north but he told the taxi the south train station. We missed the train and had to fly to Shanghai at a 300 USD per person ticket and we were 10 people and not a refund for train ticket either.. Not acceptable ! We are formally complaining to their corporate office.

The bed as a bit hard. The shower pressure was low. The staff doesn’t speak in English but they were very helpful and nice.

Was central and room was clean and comfortable. Couldnt drop aircon temp below 24.5 as is centrally controlled.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, room service is very responsive when I asked for air purifier or mineral water they immediately send to my room, extremely helpful and prompt response! The place has its free self service laundry with detergent and dryers which is very practical for me who staying for a week, I can wash my clothes there. Hotel serves breakfast buffet albeit not many choices but taste good. Location is very strategic, train station and malls are adjacent to the hotel. Walking distance just next to the hotel. I will definitely come back again, thanks for the warm hospitality! Nothingw, btw if can consider to provide lotion coz Xi'an weather is too dry.

The front desk receptions are polite and helpful. When I needed to check out early during the departure day, they went the extra mile to pack the breakfast for me so that I could enjoy them during my waiting in the airport. That is definitely a very warming touch! The serving crews during the breakfast were very attentive , helpful and polite. The food varieties have the balance spread between the East and the West. It is a great location for those who are the working groups. However, it is quite a distance away from the city for those who wish to visit as a tourist. I was utterly very surprised that there was no mini fridge in the room as this was my first experience to come across an International chain hotel which did not have a mini fridge in the room. Due to that, I could not store the food or drinks for my enjoyment after a long day outside trying to relax in the room.

Breakfast was not totally what we expected even though it was western there were some aspects which were just not right.
