Large room. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice too. It was Chinese and Western.

The facilities, the staff, room size, breakfast Some small little things which needs to be improved. 1. The lift design is a bit weird as we can't tell which lift is coming until the lift arrived but the door closes very quickly so we ended up missing the lift a few times. 2. No instant coffee machine.

Location, quite place I don't like the service at the restaurant for breakfast. Food every day is the same. The waitresses' service needs more training. The facility in the room is quite old since it was built 2018.

The facilities were fantastic, new, modern and very well maintained Swimming pool and gym were great Everything was super clean Location. It is next to a conference centre so if you are in town for work nearby then this is a great option for you. But if you are in Xi’an to explore then this is way too far from everything, it’s difficult to get around and rush hour traffic also doesn’t help. Breakfast was below average, coffee wasn’t nice at all and continental options were not great either.
