The staff were very keen to help and were very outstanding. Even though we didn't know a word of Chinese, they were able to communicate with us through translator apps. It is a very convenient location for good local food and friendly locals. The surrounding street comes alive with food in the evenings! The buffet in the restaurant has a lot of variety. We looked forward to it every morning. The bed was super comfortable! (There is a robot roaming the hallways and can use the elevator by itself!) You can smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. It does say "no smoking," but this is something we've noticed in other hotels as well.
