The hotel was very nice, spacious room and washroom (with bath tub and shower). Breakfast was very very good, you can find anything you want (from sweet to savoury to ice cream). Moreover, the location is perfect. Nothing.

We were charged a deposit that was twice the amount of the stay.One month later we are still waiting for that deposit to be returned

On the whole, it is quite a decent hotel. But I am not particularly impressed with anything. Staff were stony faced and did not look very happy with their jobs. The hotel blacked out one of the afternoon. The aircon was very cold in the day and very warm around early morning (round about 5-8am) - the temperature control device was out of order so we could not adjust the temperature. The bathroom was a little aged. It would be nice if there was a laundry line for hanging up washed clothes. The ground floor cafe was always unmanned and took a long time to serve.

The breakfasts we had were poor, such as cooled congee. Seems like the chef was so rush to prepare the food. The food and drinks served could be better.

The team is well trained and service is excellent. There was a power surge for several hours is the morning on 11April. The team handled the situation professionally. Well done! The Bathroom is glass walled see through. Please make a blind for it.

The room is new, and well cleaned. The staffs were friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast spread was generous, with international and local cuisines on offer. Room rates were of great value. Location of hotel is a short walk to the nearest metro station, where one could easily ride a few stops to the main tourist attraction. The area near the hotel have two big malls, with many food options available. The lift is rather slow. Other than that, no big complains!
