Big rooms Service in the restaurant very slow A little bit outside

buffet does not lift up to a 5 star hotel standard, wifi connection required assistance from from desk, checked in late hours then TV did not work with 3 workers came into the room at 10pm to have it fixed . the layout of the room is a mistake while placing the master bedroom kind bed in the living room space two double beds against master bathroom.

Modern hotel, good space. Reasonably priced. Need to be more strict in enforcing a no smoking rule on the floors. There was always someone smoking in the corridors of our floor. Club Lounge food can be improved.

Like the location which very close to everything. As a 5 stars hotel, expected the reception staffs be more professional and friendly to show their welcome; but didn't really feel that. However, the bellman are friendly and professional which like to give them a thumps up.
