We needed two rooms and hotel provided connecting rooms, which was super comfortable. Location was very convenient not far from the entrance to the city wall. We could not figure out how WeChat works for room service. It would be very helpful to have a menu and a room service number as an option to order food.

The staff is great, very helpful and considerate. Mr Zhao in.Concierge Department is very resourceful. He can find the best tour arrangement suitable to the visitors schedule and budget. The room is nice and big. The pillow menu is so good, making us feel as comfortable as home. The location is fantastic, a few minutes to a cool night market, filled with great food and gifts. It's surrounded by lots of old local restaurants, nice to try as well. Asking the staff for hints, hehe. You can't change the room temperature but if you ask the staff, they can help out.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The room was in perfect condition, and we even received a complimentary upgrade. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel is western in nature. Bed was a bit more comfy. Some english sponen by staff. Lobby was beautiful. Bathroom a nice side. We were comfortable. Rooms are showing wear and tear here and there. Still comfortable but they are in need of upgrade.

What a wonderful hotel! The location is perfect, nearby great food options and not far from the Bell Tower. Short walk to a major subway station. Nothing, everything was great!

Other than the front desk, most staff did not know any English. It would be good if the doorman could speak some English to help with Taxi or nearby directions.

The room soundproofing was superb. Even though our room closest to the elevators, we barely heard anything when inside the room. The concierge, Jones Zhao, was extremely helpful and patient. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and even had delicious biang biang noodles. The decor was very nice and very appropriate for the historic city of Xi’an. The heating overall was a bit too strong, so the rooms felt too hot. There needs to be more seating options in the lobby and more comfortable ones.

The lobby creates an amazing first impression. Large rooms decorated in traditional style; hotel is located in a vibrant part of the old town with numerous restaurants in close proximity; bed is extremely comfortable and generous in size with good pillow options; quality towels and bathroom amenities. Separate shower and toilet cubicles for absolute privacy; fabulous water pressure in shower; large bath-tub. Extensive menu options at breakfast. Located approx.600 metres from Wulukou metro station with access to lines 1 & 4. Front desk team was very welcoming and courteous albeit with limited English. Poor selection of tea & coffee – only 3 teabags and basic Nescafe sachets – expect much better from Hilton

I had a great two-week stay at the Xian Hilton April 9 to 23. I encountered two minor issues, but Manager Vivian (Yoyo) resolved them promptly and professionally. The staff's responsiveness made my experience truly enjoyable
