The separated sleeping area from the rest of the room. My bedroom did not have a fridge and the breakfast was not very diverse.

This is my second stay here. I chose it again because the breakfast is great, staff is so helpful, and the rooms are comfy and clean. Front desk staff Dany, Ivy, and Fanny helped with a few tasks! I did laundry on site with their guest washer and dryer, so helpful There was heat wave while I was there and the AC struggled to keep up. Plus Chinese comfy temp is definitely higher than my American liking.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Though the staff's English proficiency was limited, they were extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to subway and bus stations made transportation convenient.

I had a big issue on check in, I arrived to the city at 1:40am and around 3:30am in the hotel. At the check in they wanted me to charge twice of the price , at the property and from my card attached on booking.com. I questioned them why they gonna charge me twice they said it’s guarantee fee and they will return my card payment after the check out, guarantee fee whole amount of my stay ?! Are you guys serious?! And why don’t you guys mention it on booking.com ?! I didn’t agree with them until the end and they provided me a contract with the payment at the property with 15% increased fee , what really disappointed me. It was already 4:05am I finally got my keys. AND THE WORST THING THEY SPEAK 0 ENGLISH , they stare at you and talk only Chinese. At the same time I speak 5 languages. Of course it’s really disappointing that hotel staff doesn’t speak international language! It was tiring and embarrassing experience overall. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and I’m NOT coming back to this hotel!

Best breakfast, very nice and helpful staff, very clean, close to subway station Small room. Booked room with 2 double beds, but it turned out only one big bed at first. The big bed is smaller than king size. Finally got 2 double beds room but the beds are smaller than double size
