The location is great very close to shopping and dining. The hotel is clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff very friendly

Very Convenient location. Plenty of food and shopping options. Language barrier was a bit of a inconvenience but thank to John Weng who managed to answer most of our questions. Older style hotel but facilities are okay. Hotel does not have a swimming pool. As hotel guests you could use the swimming club pool next to the hotel. Would not recommend. Breakfast was okay. N/A

The central location close to Bell tower and subways. In front of the hotel is the subway #6. A very easy subway entrance in front of hotel. And you can transfer to the next subway #2 which will take you to Xi’an Bei high speed rail station. So convenient. We took subway 6 for 1 stop and transfer to subway 2 all the way to Xian Bei. If you take taxi or private car, it could potentially be longer because of traffic. Also it has the self serve laundry which was pre portion with detergent. No extra cost and clean. Dryers are clean. But they only have 3 washers and 3 dryers. The breakfast is good. They have a variety of foods to choose from rice, congee, soybean milk to noodle soups. From bacon, eggs and sausages to waffles. The restaurant service was separate from Hotel which you can charge to your room. But this is not important.

Chinese parts of the breakfast were amazing, I especially liked the wonton soup and local specialities. Public areas were beautiful and room was comfortable.

Location was great There was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the corridor.

Location and quality overall good We come at around 3.00-3.30 pm to check-in and staff asked us to wait for one more hour to wait as the room is not ready yet. They reason was that they had late check-out. Quite surprising.

Amazing room provide for us with two kids, it was decorated almost like a day care. Everything was good, from time to time you could smell cigarette in lift or corridors, but I don't think Hotel management could do much about it.

the wifi connection is not good.

The housekeeper did not clean my room first day , the front desk manager tried to change another room for me . That is very nice of them although I did not change . Their attitude is professional and tried to solve the problem. The cleaning lady did not clean bathroom

Feels old but not a major issue

The only I didn't like is the payment system they have. I have been charged twice for the same booking. Initially during the booking, Booking.com charged via my credit card which was fare but I doesn't understand why the hotel ask me to pay again during the check in time saying platform payment which is booking.com payment is deposit amount which will be refunded after the check out.However after the check out which I made on 22 March and still didn't get my refund. Which is very frustrating and shocking. I have attached the both the payment receipt Next booking I won't use Booking.com again and won't recommend anyone to use them
