No restaurant. You have to go out to find a place to eat. The restaurants in the area are questionable. The hotel is not accessible by car, so you have to walk for a few minutes or a lot more depending on where your pickup is parked. No elevator. So if you have heavy luggage, tough luck.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was great, a big variation of food, European flavors but also Chinese flavors. The hotel had a very cute doll which you could buy, a terracotta army cartoon like doll The hotel had a Starbucks inside Most of the staff members do not speak English or any other lanuage than Chinese. Not all of the staff members were willing to help you using a translation app. The restaurant closes really early so forget about a late dinner. The hotel was in the outskirts of Xi'an

Probably the first Sheraton opened in Xi'An City in 1990s, though the facility is quite old, but overall set ups are very convenient and making people feeling comfortable. Abundance food choices of breakfast buffet. Nice hotel staff, very helpful. Indeed some hotel facilities are very aging...Need to be refurbished. Also, the hotel location is in the west part of the city, not very popular location.

Well - hotel is just ok. Oldest Sheraton hotel in XiAn. Needs definitely renovation if want to keep demanding customers. Really good breakfast. Smelly corridors and room, spirit for details, but this does not exist at China at all. Dirty/used walls, carpets - simply to re-decorate NOW.
