Xi'an Eastern House Boutique Hotel

Great location. Helpful staff. Useful free self service laundry. Afternoon tea was good. No halal/non-halal labeling. Toilet is just a glass door with little privacy.

Great sized room for 2 adults and 2 teens - with a comfy double sofa bed and twin beds for our kids. The room was spotless and the receptionist, Anna, was so helpful organising a trip to the local nail salon for my daughter and I. The afternoon tea was a treat too. We didn't get to check into our room until 4pm despite the 3pm stated on the website but that was a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was excellent- Lot of variety. Location was great. The tea mall next to it deserves a visit. Amenities in room were good However room was small for 3 persons, because of column in room it was very tight. No place to keep 3 luggages.

A lot of things, from the welcome card which is incredibly useful to the little set of tea in the room. The rooms are very well laid out and the space can be used comfortably, the little nook in the shower is great and that the toilet and the showers are divided is a big plus for me. The location is the best of everything! You can really reach the most important highlights from there by bike. The laundry room is a massive plus. Finally but most importantly I enjoyed the videos shown in the restaurant, I was able to visit one of the museums recommended there, which I wouldn't have otherwise. The tea, I have to say, I was expecting more options, but this is just a little detail (there were tea from bags at some point, I think for breakfast).

Room was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. They had laundry available, service was 11/10, and location was good. Breakfast was very good.

Cant recommend more. New, clean, stylish, all you need, service Top, room, conditions, location, breakfast ? they have even afternoon tea for free and bottled water in a fridge near the elevator for free. Amazing! None

Modern spacious room with clean bathroom that has separate shower, toilet, and sink vanity areas, which were super convenient. Location was excellent with walking distance to the Bell & Drum Towers, which is in the center of Xi’an as well as the Muslim Quarters lined with a large assortment of street food galore! Free breakfast and afternoon tea as well as complimentary water bottles were such nice extras for the reasonable nightly rate. Nice small gifts at the check out was such a nice gesture too. We won’t hesitate to stay here again if and when we return to Xi’an, an ancient city with so much more to see than the Terracotta Soldiers we came for. It’s probably an American thing but the room lacked drawer space to put our clothes and a drawer in the bed side table would have been convenient.

Great location within easy walking distance to the wall, bell tower, and so many great bars and restaurants. We had two rooms with twin beds but the beds were much wider than what is considered twin in the US and were very comfortable. The quality of the hotel far surpassed my expectations, especially for the price point. Doris at the front desk was especially welcoming, even rushing an item to us that we left in the room after checkout while we were still in the lobby waiting for our taxi. No complaints!

Great hotel for foreign travelers in Xi’an. Nice room. Wonderful help from Doris on our first night. Bonus to have free laundry room. Breakfast was substantial and dinner options were delicious as well as familiar for westerners. . Need cappuccino at breakfast

We loved everything about this hotel! The property itself is charming, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The location couldn't be better – it’s wonderfully quiet, yet all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Xi’an. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and equipped with every comfort you could need. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The overall service and facilities are excellent, and the hotel provides everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast is good, although the sweet selection could definitely be improved for those who prefer a wider variety of pastries and desserts. All things considered, this is a very good hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Xi’an. One small inconvenience was a bit of confusion when trying to locate the exact address on the map, which could be clearer for first-time visitors. However, this did not significantly affect our stay.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location in the heart inside the old city walls. Surrounded by shopping entertainment, and walking distance to tour the ancient wall.
