The wifi is quite slow. The room is hot, the air conditioner isn't working, and the window won't open. I ultimately fell asleep near the window.

The view from the 31st floor was pretty cool and the room was very spacious. One reason we booked was because it said the staff knew english, which they didn't. They knew very basic lines that were only related to checking into a hotel. The room was also very mouldy, the shower seat was almost collapsing from water damage. There were dead bugs everywhere. It was honestly so disgusting that i didn't want to shower. There was also only a tiny amount of toilet paper provided with no extras. The breakfast was super disappointing, everything was kind of stale and funky and I didn't try anything crazy.

The location is fairly close to the North train station. There is 24hrs reception. You can check-in even if you arrive late in the midnight. There was trace of cigarette smell in the room although it was a no-smoking room.

Big room. Relatively near to railway station. Staff speaks very basic english (some of them not at all). Air condition didn't function, but they informed us only as we complained. We got then another room.

The hotel is without air-condition. Its out first time come across 5 star hotel without air-condition function. The housekeeper is lazy and rude.
