Clean, convenient. Possible to store luggage. Personnel does not speak English, they are not even trying. NO LAUNDRY SERVICE AVAILABLE, despite this information in the hotel’s description on Booking. Unfortunately, I planned to do my laundry on this day and must have changed my plans to wash my clothes in the next accommodation. Noisy guests at night, smoking and shouting around 2 am next to my room - no option to react as nobody on reception knew English, so they could not answer the phone, if I had called. Not sure, if they offer breakfast, but no option to eat it in the nearby and the wall is close, but a gate to go to the centre or the closest subway station is far away.

helpful staff. perfect hotel if you want a clean simple hotel. Close to the vibrant Old Market. some people will want more facilities, but all we needed was a bed for night and to leave our bags.

Good location , near of metro by walk 15 mins,clean room, clean bed, clean washroom,give free 3 bottles water every day,clean room without asking Super bad internet , my zoom is not working, i have to go to cafe for get normal internet. Smoking smell in toilet.

Didn't even get to stay, ended up booking a completely different hotel back in the centre of Xi'an - highly recommend Skytel.

Très bon hôtel. Chambre propre, moderne et lumineuse. Le personnel est très gentil. Seul bémol, on entend parfois les gens parler dans le couloir.

Quieter as it is in the heard of the block and not facing the street. We had some noisy neighbors next room though.

The location is not convenient. It is far form all the sites.

It is cheap and relatively clean. The location is OK. No "european" travelers at the time we were there. On the whole, I'd recommend to fly in, see the Warriors, and fly out without spending any time in Xi'an.
