The reception staff (Xiao Zhong) gave me a temporary room to rest when I arrived early before our family room was ready. Breakfast was great with good mix of local and international food! One of the staff prepared a bowl of longevity noodles for my sister as she heard that the next day was her birthday. Location was good, walking distance to AMTR. The hotel also gladly extended our check-out time, and gave us a complimentary local snack during check-out. Nil.

Door staff #841 Liu was very nice to explain how to enjoy this elegant and beautiful, old fashion hotel which has lots charms if you could spend time to look around their 3 different buildings. Little far from metro.

Excellent breakfast choices, free laundry, location of the hotel was convenient, the room was spacious. It would help if the staff would be able to communicate in English. Also, during the restaurant was very busy during the breakfast, so it was difficult to find a free table.

We continue to stay for another 4 nights. This time assigned to block 5 and the hotel staff helped my family on the same level and non-smoking rooms.Truly appreciate their effort. I especially like to thank Mr Chen (717) for arranging the free breakfast for me although they are not aware of the genie members rewards program. He has gone out of his way to resolve this and enable pleasant. I like to recommend this hotel for their professionalism and great service. Will return again. Nothing

Location of the hotel, room is clean, tram service and helpful staff The cigarettes smoke in the room but the staff helps us change rooms.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged packed breakfast when we had an early train to catch. They also assisted us to navigate the taxi booking system in China and would even help us to contact the driver to inform him of our exact location. The rooms were of a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was a big spread with international and local choices. They had 5 types of tea eggs and also local specialities like satay noodles and peanut soup for foreign guests to try. The hotel must have been grand during its hey days with good solid furnishings. It’s looking a bit old but for the reasonable price, it was good value.
