The Kempinski is in a great location, close to the metro and to many amenities. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Service is impeccable. The rooms are especially comfortable and with amazing views of the city. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced and the space was extremely elegant. Top notch! I loved everything

Breakfast so good so many choices! Hotel Location is one of the best , I walked 筼筜湖& 白鹭州公园 everyday during my stay at this hotel . Also very close to the best mall in Xiamen 万象城. Walking distance to 禾祥西路，so many good eats that area! Not sure!

Front desk staff very professional and cordial. Location quite good. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Primary problem is they disable air conditioning except during peak summer. Consequently room was too hot to sleep well ( AVG 25 Deg C night) and unbearable during day to work. Strongly complained to management multiple times. Only adjustment they would make is turn on AC for short time to cool the room, but then it is disabled again and room becomes too hot again. This hotel advertises that rooms have AC but they intentionally disable it. After 3rd complaint I was told it was hotel policy. Booking.com should NOT sell rooms that are falsely advertised

Restaurant layout and ambiance was excellent Asking to deposit security that huge amount seems to be unreasonable It shows your lack of trust on your customer I stayed earlier also in some other countries but nowhere this was asked

A++++ hotel, amenities and staff. Linda and Zoe were especially helpful. The hotel restaurant has a huge variety with some of the best Chinese food I have ever had with many vegan dishes.
