Breakfast is acceptable. They should change the food and not the same everyday. I stayed for 3 days and the breakfast are the same. The room water heater is not at all hot when you on the hot water.

This hotel has been wonderful and very friendly towards me, thank u so much for the stay and excellent service. I also want to express my utmost admiration and appreciation for the receptionist called: Stacy. She’s an excellent employee at this hotel. I had the pleasure to interact with her on the second day of my stay. Her remarkable dedication and service made this stay a lot easier for me. From the moment I arrived, I loved the hotel and the smell of the lobby, at first I encountered some initial communication challenges. However the very next day I had the pleasure to get in contact with Stacy through the chat function, who made sure that my stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. It put me at a lot of ease. I usually don’t write personal recommendations on people but I think she deserves it due to the fact that she went above and beyond expectations, and her proficiency in English definitely helps. Location is very central. Next to subway station. Bars and clubs can also easily reached by foot, but main tourist area is more in the west. Bathroom and bed was clean. Bathroom looked also very new. Big safe. Hotel meets 4* Chinese standard. Language is always an issue in China. But, as you can also read on other reviews, the rooms are very dirty. Carpet or Sofa look really like hell. More or less everything looks not clean or is sticky. Luckily bed and bathroom was very clean. Window not properly sealed, but on the back side it was not so noisy. Because the suite has two floors, also no noise coming from the floor. The simple breakfast was more than disappointing. Friendly staff - but nearly nothing to eat for western people. At least they have coffee, toast, honey and butter.

Rooms were tiny, no space for luggage. Most of the front desk staff could not speak or understand English except. Others could not even understand simple words like airport or breakfast. Should be rated 3 star.
