The location is excellent, conveniently situated near Zhongshan Road and the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of local specialties as well as Chinese and Western dishes, ensuring a satisfying selection for different preferences.

Nice room design but, these days, a bit dated (very early 2000s). Bed was larger and comfortable and view was great. Some of the aspects of the room were very odd. Including the bathroom setup (it’s large but has a really heavy glass door that is annoying to push open). There is a little sliding door into the closet area that makes it easy to grab a bathrobe but doesn’t otherwise make sense. The tea kettle has a very short power cord. If you wanna plug it in, it has to be all the way at the side of the table and you can see where people have maybe misjudged the distance and spilled boiling water against the wall because it’s slightly discoloured.

The facilities, rooms cleanliness are superb. Toilet is smart toilet, got heater some more. The scenarery is superb and curtain is complete dark, offer exceptional sleep. Only thing is the room is too dark, it will be good if there's options for the guest to turn on more lights especially when wanna work at night in the room. Room does not have option to turn on the lights, hard to work at night in the room

Great location right next to historical Zhong Shan road with a direct view of Gulangyu Island from most rooms. Comfy beds. Good shower. High tech toilet with washlet. Good breakfast buffet. All the staff were very helpful. The rooms could do with brighter lighting. Otherwise everything was pretty great.

The cleaner missed some of the things that she should be cleaning. Some days, cups are not washed. The faucet needs replacing. Also the toilet sensor is a little weak.

the staff is very good, room design good be better, wonder why the bathroom is located in such a way, the view is excellent but feel that the corridor carpet cleanliness can be improved. It looks dated and soiled. The breakfast is reasonably good and staff's service is very good the corridor carpet can be cleaned and lighting improved.

Staff at the reception counter were very helpful. Mickey and Rikki helped us with many arrangements, going out of their way to help us with bookings, and even some of the Apps as we were there for the first time. They were prompt and friendly all the time. We also enjoyed the wide variety of food for the breakfast and also a service staff would go round after our meal with fruit juice and local desserts to try. The room I booked has excellent view and is very spacious to relax and enjoy the views. Needed to remind top up for the coffee after room cleaning.
