Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were polite and helpful, even though I didn't speak Mandarin. I thought the breakfast had enough variety. I can't comment on the hot spring facilities or distance from sites as I only slept here, due to arriving late after a long transit, and leaving early the following morning!

The room was extra spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom shower was soothing. The breakfast which we were offered for free was an excellent spread of tasty local food. The staff were extremely polite, respectful and so eager to help. The two shift managers spoke very good English and helped us no end. The driver who took us round the city was thoughtful and explained everything with the help of a translator app. On the whole one of the best places I have stayed at world wide. Our short stay!

Its was a fantastic stay we got upgraded to a suite which was really, really nice.

I liked the variety of options they gave me for breakfast both Chinese and Western. I also liked the prompt manner in which I was checked in and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and room. This is of course no fault of the hotel company, but ideally I would have liked to have been closer to the city center or some local attractions.

The staff at the desk and elsewhere were very good The spa next door is much worse than many others we have been to in China. If staying just for that then it would not be worth it. It's doesn't have full services such as room service etc yet. Limited menu etc.

The Hot Spring near by is great. Breakfast was ok The Staff cant speak English, but in booking.com stand, they can. Staff forgot to gave me ticket for Hot Spring, even if I booked room including Hot Spring. That gave a lot of discussions, at the entrance of the Hot Spring, because of many misunderstandings of poor language skolls of the staff. Finaly success.
