Hotel is nice. Soft comfy. Room was spacious being a suite with 2 balconies view the river. Breakfast was kind of limited but tasty. Great water pressure. Close to restaurants and downtown.

Clean and comfortable rooms, reasonable prices too! Right on the river with great views...Bed was comfy and I slept well until people above me started making a bunch of racquet. Staff was friendly and pleasant...dog friendly and lots of food options in the vicinity...would love to stay here again when the weather is a little cooler...it was too hot to be doing outdoor recreation on all the hiking areas nearby..

I love the friendly staff. It’s quiet, and the scenery was everything. My charger was not working, and your staff let me borrow one. That way I wouldn’t have to use my car charger. I liked everything, no complaints

Average property. One lady on the desk was helpful. The morning man was churlish.

The location It’s very old and very dated. We could hear our neighbors pretty clearly
-
Clean easy to find

Room was comfortable, view of river lovely, and hot tub was therapeutic after a day on the road. Breakfast could have used some fresh fruit. Ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Second elevator was out of order. People in nearby room were loud until past 2:00 a.m.

Great staff and our view was amazing over looking the Yakima river. Couldn’t have asked for a better Hotel.

Hotel was right on the bike path which was fantastic. Rooms are pretty small although they do have bike parking option in the lobby. Hot tub was very small as well. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, nothing fancy. The Mexican restaurant next door was great!

Room was clean and pleasant, staff friendly

Cons are that this is a dated property that needs modern renovations. The look and feel inside and out are not the best for say, a treat your self moment or romantic getaway. This is a great place to rest for the night though for sure. It is a clean and well kept older building.

Comfy bed. Right on the river for fishing. Nice amenities and pool and hot tub

The location was convenient, and the employee who checked us in was initially helpful and tried to accommodate our situation by moving us to a first-floor room. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill later that evening. I had fully disclosed at check-in that I was traveling with a goat who would remain outside and later be crated in my truck, and I was told that was acceptable. A different front desk employee later called me repeatedly, was rude and confrontational, accused me of having the goat inside the hotel when he had never entered the building, and told me we needed to leave while still being charged. I asked to speak with management but never received a call that evening. Afterward, management made additional allegations that I disputed and asked them to verify through surveillance footage. I also requested clarification of my final bill, but instead my card was charged $145.42, substantially more than the $83 room rate I had been quoted, with an additional $20 charge pending.

Let’s face it. First time here, at any Baymont. We were stunned. It’s. nicer than most 3 star hotels we’ve stayed at. And it’s nicer than a few 4 stars’ we’ve stayed at. We give it 10 stars across the board. We will stay again. Loved it!!!
